1. Creating an Account

To start using NextHunt.eu , you need to create a profile:

1. Clic on the User icon
2. Click on Register Now!
3. Fill in the required details:
   • First Name & Last Name: Enter the contact person’s name (not the agency name).
   • Agency Name: If you are an agency, enter your agency name. If you are an outfitter, leave this field blank.
   • Phone: Enter your phone number in format +123456789.
   • Email: Enter your email address.
4. Complete the registration process.

Once registered, you can log in and access your dashboard.

2. Adding Hunts

After logging in:

1. Click on “Hunts”.
2. Select “Add New Hunt”.
3. Fill in the details of your hunting offer and publish it.

Important:

• You can add unlimited hunts.
• All listings are completely free.

3. Managing Messages

The Messages section helps you communicate with interested hunters:

• You can view messages sent by hunters regarding specific hunts.
• Each message is linked to the hunt it was sent from.
• Messages are also automatically forwarded to your agency email.

This ensures you never miss an inquiry.

4. Agency Settings

To customize your agency profile:

1. Go to “Settings” in the menu.
2. Add or update:
   • Agency Name
   • Location
   • Profile Picture

Keeping this information updated helps build trust with hunters.
